U.S. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy and Fox News personality Rachel Campos-Duffy have built one of the larger families in American political and television circles. The couple has nine children together, with six daughters and three sons.
Their family story began long before Duffy entered national politics. Sean and Rachel met while appearing on MTV’s Road Rules: All Stars in 1998 and married in April 1999. More than two decades later, their nine children remain an important part of their lives.

Xavier Jack
Xavier Jack Duffy was born in November 2001 and is the family’s eldest son.
