Abstract (English):
The article presents a classification of modern methods of reducing costs in business development. The statistics of the application of these methods are given on the example of large organizations, a thorough analysis is carried out for each method. It also draws conclusions about the analysis and the role of the application of cost reduction in modern market conditions

В формировании экономический деятельности предприятия немаловажную роль играет правильное составление бизнес-моделей. Поскольку целью каждого бизнеса является получение прибыли, то здесь также важно вести контроль за затратами. Именно от разрыва между доходами и расходами предприятия зависит будет оно в дальнейшем получать прибыль или нет. Данный пункт чаще всего учитывают ещё на стадии формирования бизнес-плана, однако методы у них разные.

Планирование затрат - это процесс распределения оптимального уровня затрат на разные периоды функционирования предприятия.[3] На данном этапе определяются виды затрат, их количество, а также примерная стоимость в совокупности по периодам. Разновидность таких расходов зависит от деятельности предприятия.

В составлении такого бизнес-плана есть также ключевой момент. При планировании каждого из периодов необходимо приводить экономически обоснованные аргументы к уменьшению затрат. В таком случае можно говорить об эффективности развития бизнеса.

Для корректного представления таких ситуаций и также грамотного формирования плана, принято использовать несколько методов снижения затрат. Самыми современными организационно-экономическими методами снижения затрат считаются:[2]

•         Аутсорсинг - метод применения сторонней рабочей силы. Когда предприятие заключает договор с аутсорсинговой компанией на использование их рабочей силы. Чаще всего такие договора могут выйти дешевле, чем нанимать собственных рабочих, однако по временным рамкам не всегда это получается удачно, ведь рабочие ресурсы здесь тоже ограничены как по количеству, так и по квалификации.

•         Тендер - метод конкурентного отбора поставщиков и заказчиков. Предприятие может участвовать в торгах, где выступает по желанию в двух ролях (заказчика или поставщика).

•         Стандарт-кост - метод тщательного планирования количественного и денежного выражения затрат.

•         Директ-костинг - метод раздельного учёта постоянных и переменных затрат.

•         JIT – метод точного определения количества ресурсов. Уровень должен быть оптимальным, не больше и не меньше требуемого. При появлении избытка будет отражаться негативный след на компании.

•         АВС – метод разложения технологических процессов на элементарные операции и учет затрат на каждую из них.

•         LCC – метод цикличного планирования реализации товара с момента его задумки.

•         Сравнение с конкурентами – метод сравнительного анализа конкурентных предприятий. Выявление причин и мест, в которых компания отстаёт по позициям.

•         Функционально-стоимостный анализ – метод планирования и анализа развития товара или услуги с возможностью сохранения качества и уменьшения его себестоимости.

В общей теории можно много описывать схемы, однако наглядно некоторые их этих методов можно увидеть в реализации банка Тинькофф. В период с 2019 года многие компании, не предвидев подобной ситуации с коронавирусом, были вынуждены переходить к необдуманным контрмерам. В это время у Тинькофф уже были заготовки для успешного преодоления этого периода. Это можно заметить на их стремлении к удаленному типу работы. Они еще до начала пандемии ввели такой тип работы. Благодаря этому они избежали возможных штрафов, закупки оборудования, долгой реализации технологических процессов. К тому же, это сильно экономит затраты на аренду помещения и оснащение рабочими местами сотрудников.

Помимо этого, в данный период Тинькофф смог зарекомендовать себя как удаленный банк и повысить прибыль. Это подтверждает их официальная статистика по прибыли с 2020-2021 год (рисунок 1).[7]

При этом потребительская активность, выраженная тратами покупателей на их товары и услуги, увеличилась на 19 %. Затраты при всем этом не сильно изменились, вырос только оборот товаров и услуг, что подтверждает эффективность развития бизнеса. В данном случае были использованы разные методики для снижения уровня экономических затрат. Это и LCC, и АВС, и стандарт-кост.

Также есть отметки об участии компании в торгах как заказчика. Что говорит о тщательном отборе исполнителей в своих проектах. Это позволяет не только сэкономить, но найти качественных поставщиков услуг.

В каждой компании используются свои методы анализа и прогнозирования затрат. Для корректного представления масштабности применения тех или иных методов необходимо рассмотреть 5 крупнейших компаний в России и изучить какие методы они применяют чаще всего. Данный анализ проведен над такими компаниями как: Газпром, Лукойл, Роснефть, Сбербанк, Магнит. Результаты этого исследования можно увидеть в таблице 1.

Как можно заметить в таблице 1, самыми распространенными методами снижения затрат производства являются тендер и стандарт-кост.[1] Менее распространенным АВС, поскольку он более применим у малого и среднего бизнеса. В данной статистике только крупные компании, где проведение анализа на более высоком и сложном уровне, как и аудит. [5]

По каждой компании были отобраны наиболее частые в применении методы регулирования затрат, поскольку многие из них функционируют относительно давно и большая часть методик ранее уже применялась в той или иной практике. Для реализации анализа были учтены свежие отчетности и сведения.[6]

Наиболее частое применение стандарт-кост можно обусловить сложностью развития экономической структуры рынка в стране и быстрорастущей конкуренцией. За последние 10 лет в России было много изменений как в законодательном плане, так и общественном. Доля растущего малого бизнеса резко начала расти из-за предоставленных возможностей со стороны государства. На фоне этого появилась потребность в более тщательном и детальном планировании затрат на предприятии, а также в прогнозировании своей продукции с возможностью сэкономить траты будущих периодов (LCC).

С другой стороны, открылась возможность для развития партнерских и взаимовыгодных отношений, благодаря увеличению торгов.[4] Другие же компании приняли для себя другие стратегии, выраженные в уменьшении стоимости товара для привлечения конкурентов, но с возможностью оставить качество на том же уровне. Однако у всего есть не только анализ, но маркетинговые ходы. Они способствуют реализации большинства методов.

Таким образом, планирование снижения затрат еще на стадии проектирования бизнес-модели организации, является важным этапом в формировании и развитии компании. В современной практике очень часто можно увидеть, как начинающий стартап, основываясь в условиях конкуренции может разрушиться из-за неграмотно распределенных затрат, а также анализа. Очень часто описывают только перспективу роста дохода, при этом не обращая внимания на возможные расходы.
